The following instructions are for domain-only customers who don't already have an AMS Control Panel account. If you have an AMS Control Panel account, sign in to renew your domain names.
If you don't have an AMS Control Panel account, you must first create one. This is a one-time procedure. Follow these steps:
- Click here to start.
- Select I'm a new customer and click Next. You'll be guided through creating your new account.
- When you reach a page titled "Transfer domains", stop and click the Help link at the top of the page.
- Click Send a help request. In the request, list your existing domain name(s) and ask to have your domain name(s) added to your new account. Click Send.
We'll reply back to you when this has been completed. You can then return to AMS Control Panel, sign in, and navigate to the Domains page to renew your domain names.
