People and roles
Using AMS Control Panel, you can view the list of people who have access to an account, change their roles, and you can remove people or invite additional people to the account.
Each person has one or more of the following roles. These roles determine what they see and what they're able to do in the control panel.
People who have the Administrator role have full access to the account. They can add, change, and cancel services, change billing settings, and manage people and roles. Account administrators also receive renewal bills and billing notices.
The Billing role provides access to billing-related tasks, such as viewing bills and orders, managing credit cards, and changing the renewal period and billing address. People with Billing role also receive renewal bills and billing notices. They can't add, change, or cancel services.
The Technical role allows access to technical tasks only. People with Technical role can manage hosting packages, websites, and email addresses. They don't have access to any billing-related information, and they can't add, change, or cancel services.
